Cancellation Policy

We realize that sometimes life events can surface that will impact your ability to keep an appointment. Should the need to reschedule your appointment arise, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Please note the following when cancelling and/or rescheduling an appointment:

Promotional pricing and discounts are applied based on the date you receive services. Rescheduled appointments may not be eligible for certain promotions.

Gift certificates, pre-paid massages, and/or voucher massages will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.

In the event of a cancellation of an appointment for services requiring a deposit, any deposit is forfeited in the event of any cancellation, regardless of notice.

Therapeutic Massage of Pittsburgh, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion and without explanation.

Prepaid services will be refunded should we refuse to provide services to you.

In the event of a no-show and/or based on your cancellation history we may, at our discretion, require pre-payment which includes part or all of the pre-paid amount as a non-refundable deposit for services to reserve an appointment time.
